So if you aren't involved in the current online Firestorm campaign (https://firestorm.warconsole.com/) - honestly, you should be... so far it has been a lot of fun. I'm helping out with the Warsaw Pact forces and it's been a real boost in my enthusiasm level to get out and "play more games..." :D

Edit: Here a battle report from last night's game... was a lot of fun...

Nice AAR! Campaigns are my favorite thing to do in wargaming. I'm a couple weeks out from being able to game next. Probably good news for the WARPAC as all my local battles end up as a blood bath for my troops!

Wish I had meet you when I was out in Eugene, OR (95-97). I played in one DBM event when I was stationed there (UO Army ROTC) but FoW did not exist then,

I've got an account set up. Not sure how to do the games yet, but we'll get a few in for sure.

I actually didn't move to Oregon until 1998 when I got the job out here after graduate school. Was in Ohio before that...

My daughter and I got a game in. I will try and drum up interest in the club. There are a number of NATO players. Otherwise we will try another game with her playingthe West Germans. I might actually try the T64 group. I found I really like the Soviet infantry and BMP blob with a maxed platoon. Those 9 RPGs are no slouch.

For those of you not in the Firestorm campaign, I've x-posted a couple of my battle reports to the blog.

Agreed, they should really try to run these more often for both TY and FOW.
