I'm excited that WWPD has created a DFW forum for us. I intend to list all area events here and repost from our varied communications channels in North Texas.
Please take a minute to say hi and please post events and meets on the forum.

Thanks for creating this section, John! Guess it's a good thing that there's so much going on that we need a place to organize it all.

Best,
Mark H.

Hi everybody!

I'm looking forward to the WWI global campaign Firestorm Villers-Bretonneux.

Also, maybe some SAGA in the near future. John, my Japanese are ready to take on your Chindits as soon as we get some more time.

Happy Gaming!

Greg

Where do people get games in around DFW?

I've heard that Bolt Action gets played weekly at TTS on Tuesday nights?

I'm not so much interested in tournaments because the idea of something like a US Late War armored rifle platoon fighting Chindits bothers me, but whatever gets the dice rolling, I guess... My goal is to build a super generic late war Western Front US v German playset that can be used with both Chain of Command and Bolt Action, so I can run a game with anyone willing to play rather than futzing about with tournaments and tracking down diehards.

SAGA seems cool and different from what I've seen of it, but I don't have it, and am going to get a lot more work on with my WWII stuff and actually finish painting my Infinity long before I jump into anything else.
