Chris and I finally got in a game on Thursday. He played the Germans; I played the attacking Brits.
The German list consisted of three CV infantry platoons, one Stoss platoon, a 7.62 mortar, and two HQ flamer attachments, plus the Firestorm HMG platoon.
The British list consisted of four CT infantry platoons, four mortars, and four HMGs, plus two Firestorm rifle platoons (the CV one and the CT one).

The British moved forward from the get-go, making several assaults at the German line, but the Germans initially pushed through. However, this left the Germans surrounded behind the British lines, and the British were able to collapse the flank and move forward. After one devastating round of shooting against the Stoss, after the smoke cleared, the objective was clearly in British control for a 5-2 victory to the British.

No firestorm troops were destroyed, but the CT British rifle Firestorm slot was reduced to two bases.

Very nice! Great to see an AAR from Virginia. Also liked seeing the Minifigs WW1 minis getting some use!

We had. 4:3 British win here in Kentucky. Another game is being played locally today. I'm not sure if Texas is getting one in, but the British seem to have built up a good lead with 9:5 vps so far!
