Just registered.
Our club will play games for the campaign. Personally I will be running
with an American Armored Company where I can. US Paratroopers are also
available as and when needed. Looking forward to see how this works.

We shall send in Bat Reps after each Sundays' gaming once the campaign gets started.

Good to be aboard with you guys :)

Vinpiedev signing in. I can field British (including Scots) infantry, armour and parachute troops, as well as US infantry.

if I can managed to play a beachlanding game, I'll field a German Fortified company though, just because I can. After that it'll be purely hun bashing

Can we not do the US Airborne 82nd? If so I will be playing them here locally.

If not, I guess I will join the 101st band wagon.

If they were in normandy they can be used. Come on guys, you dont need us to tell you whether or not you can play an army list for Operation Overlord, if it was there you can take it! If it wasnt you cant!

No that wasn't a real question. It is more along the lines that people either like the 82nd or 101st. A small joke, and a bad one apparently.

American Rangers (Brittany) hit the beach! Once the new book is out I might change my list; either to update or switch to armor

Its a little big. Takes up alot of screen, my scrolling finger might get tiered.

I was going to use it as my avatar but the size for that is incredibly small (90x90 pixels and only up to about 25kB?!). I will try to find a smaller version if I can.

Well this is quite the cunundrum. I could go with 50th Tyne and Tees (and yes Green Howards as well), 6th Airborne including the recce, 7th AD, RM Commandos, or even Task Force A. Then again I could go with my Beutepanzer list... Play for the highest bidder?

Well, in the end my Brits will hit the beach, while another (Axis) player is keen to use my beach defences against me. So it's Allied all the way.

The new beach mat has been ordered as are the British landing craft and the new book. the shop keeper assures me they'll arive on time. That gives me a weekend to paint the craft and throw them against the Horrible Hun.
