Doing the same...but my resolution is that anything I still have on hand and not completed at the end of this year gets sold or given away! I don't think anything else will really motivate me to push my way through it all! ;) Some/most of this stuff I've had for years waiting to be worked on!

Could be some good deals in about a year as most of what I have to work on is still NIB.

If I may:

DAMN SON!

Those look great. Some day, you'll have to show me the color scheme, I want to replicate it at some point.

Silfor is the manufacturer - they are not commonly available over here in the States. I think Google will tell you where you can get them in your neck of the woods. :)

Ok, I buy my tufts from Warlord Games, but they are selling them in smaller re-packaged packs from Antenociti's Workshop which makes them fairly expensive for what you get. Antenociti's Workshop is apparently the "cheapest" option if you want to buy in bulk, but their stock is always low or have items marked as "out of stock"...
I also know that GW are selling tufts, but theirs are very tiny and not worth it.

Here is where I usually get SILFLOR tufts and other things such as trees on sale.

I was told the GW tufts have a white backing that can make them look weirded on certain stands.

Wouldn't they be drinking tea?

Also, Open Fire Shermans or resin ones? They look great.

Oh, yes -- tea!

Those are from the Platoon Box Set, but an old one.

Ah man I really have to hand it to BF, the plastic ones look identical when painted up. I honestly couldn't tell the difference.
