I know it's kind of perverse, but I have always had a bit of a leaning towards fielding commanders which are not exactly the heroic stereotype. Witness the figure I am using to command for my American Armored platoon:

So can anybody please recommend a similarly idiosyncratic figure which could be used as the Leutnant or Oberleutnant of my late war Panzer Grenadier platoon? I'm looking for anything not too gung-ho, heroic, or even all that normal - as was certainly the case with this individual (sans greatcoat - and OK, I do know that he was only an Oberfeldwebel in a Luftwaffe prison camp):
