Looks good. If you were to drop the HQ 105 and mortars, swap the M10s for M18s, and go with two short ARPs you could get a lot more stuff on the table in missions with Deep Reserves. Either way it's still a solid list.

I don't know that you need to add a 4th 105mm Sherman to add to your platoon of three. I'm not sure what book you are looking at where you can upgrade a HQ tank to a 105mm anyway. I'm pretty sure you cannot attach out the Formation Commander tank as that must remain in the HQ "unit."

Ahh, Ok. In FOWLists you can still take the extra 105mm M4, but in Overlord that option was taken out. I just got Overlord the book actually and have been depending on the FOWLists version of it.

The Formation commander doesn't get attached out, but the 2iC becomes a regular HQ team that can be attached out.

New list:

Formation Command M4
-HQ M4 (ex-2iC) c/a to M4 76mm platoon
4x 76mm M4A1s (plus HQ 75mm)
5x 75mm M4s
3x 105mm M4s
3x 81mm mortars

Support
Full ARP
4x M18s
Security Section
3x M7s with
Obs M4

1750pts

The 75mm ex-2iC in the 76mm platoon gets me a hull to swap hits on, and it also bumps up the number of casualties needed before a break test.

I like the idea of vets so much more in V4. But maybe the # of hulls will pull you through! Stabilizers at least for the trained US makes relying on "Blitz" less of an issue.

Back when I was using FOW Lists, I found a lot of errors. Good for the price, and I appreciate all the work that went into them, but I wouldn't use without double-checking.
