Eight years on the painting desk! Must be some kind of record. I started these for a Firestorm Bagration Campaign, but as with many of my campaign focused projects, the campaign was over before I got these done. I was determined that I would not go into 2017 with these still at the back of my painting desk. I have no idea when/how I'll use these but they are finally done at least!

Nice job! I have 9 Tigers collecting dusk that I will be painting soon. Are the turret numbers on barrels decals? If so what brand and scale. I wanted to do the same thing.

Thanks guys. The decals were a custom made set. I got them from a forum member from here 8 years ago. He use to see some terrain on a website he had. I can't remember his name as I don't think he's been on here in years. I think he was out in California.

The decal set included Barrel numbers, larger numbers for the back of the turret storage box, larger charging Knight decals, and two crosses per tank. The charging Knights are much bigger than the similar BF decals and much better. The guy offered the set with other Kompanie sets with different number series and knight colors. I almost went with green.

That was me and told you about this is the web site:
sentinelminiaturepainting.net
But it looks like he's moved away from decals and has
started to do resin buildings now.
Tanks look awesome "RED" was a better choice glad it turned out well for you!
I've always loved the look of the 505 with the charging knights
and numbers on the barrel.

That was a great lead! Great to see Sential is still in business.

I bet you coluld still order the decals from him. I think he just prints them out as he can do any numbers you want and can do the night in other company colors like green etc.

If interested, send him an email!
